This policy explains what information sellerdocshelp.com collects, why, and how it's handled. We keep this short on purpose — we only collect what's actually needed to respond to you.

What we collect

Email address — if you submit the free case-check tool's "Get a full review" form, or email us directly.
Case type tag — which category of Amazon issue the free tool identified for your notice (e.g. "product authenticity"), submitted alongside your email so we know the context of your inquiry.
Standard website analytics (via Google Analytics) — pages viewed, general device/browser type, and approximate location (country/city level, not precise). This does not include your name or email unless you separately submit a form.

Text you paste into the free case-check tools (your Amazon notice, your appeal text) is processed entirely in your browser to produce an instant result — it is not sent to or stored on our servers unless you separately choose to submit the review-request form.

What we don't collect

We never ask for your Amazon Seller Central login or password, on this site or as part of any paid service.
We don't collect payment card details through this site — payment for services is arranged directly and separately (see our Terms of Service for payment methods).

How we use it

Email addresses and case details submitted through our forms are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to provide the paid document review service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored via Netlify's form-handling service (our website host). Website analytics is processed by Google Analytics. Both are standard third-party service providers, not tools we built ourselves; each has its own privacy practices governing the infrastructure they provide us.

Documents you send us for a paid case

If you engage our paid service, any documents you email us (invoices, Amazon notices, etc.) are used only to prepare your case and are not shared with anyone outside of what's necessary to complete your request.

Cookies

This site uses standard analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) to understand overall site usage. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@sellerdocshelp.com.
