Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
This is a plain-language summary of how we work together, written to be clear rather than to bury things in legal wording. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice for either party.
What this service is
Seller Docs Help reviews Amazon Seller Central cases (Performance Notifications, invoices, and related documentation), identifies the applicable policy and root cause, and prepares documents (corrected invoices, appeal letters, Plans of Action) for you to submit yourself.
What we don't do
- We never request or use your Amazon Seller Central login credentials.
- We do not submit anything to Amazon on your behalf — you control submission.
- We do not create or fabricate documents, invoices, or transactions that didn't happen. We correct and reformat real documents you provide (fixing formatting, clarity, or missing details) so they meet Amazon's requirements. Any information you provide to us — including confirmation that a document reflects a real transaction — is your responsibility, and you agree not to ask us to represent false information as accurate.
No guarantee of outcome
Amazon Seller Support is the sole decision-maker on any appeal, reinstatement, or ungating request. We do not guarantee, and cannot guarantee, that Amazon will approve any case, regardless of the documents we prepare. If our review indicates a case is unlikely to succeed or carries elevated risk, we will tell you before beginning work.
Pricing and payment
- A fixed price is confirmed with you before any work begins, based on the specifics of your case.
- Payment is made via Zelle (US clients) or Wise (international clients).
- Work begins after payment is confirmed.
- If, after payment, we determine your case cannot be completed as scoped (for reasons unrelated to Amazon's eventual decision — for example, insufficient documentation that cannot be resolved), we will discuss a partial or full refund with you directly rather than delivering incomplete work.
- Because we are compensated for the preparation of documents and analysis — a deliverable we complete regardless of Amazon's decision — fees are not refundable solely because Amazon declines to approve a properly prepared and submitted case.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that any documents, invoices, or information you provide us are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us.
- You are responsible for reviewing any document we prepare before submitting it to Amazon.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to Amazon, including anything we helped prepare.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for decisions made by Amazon, for any suspension, deactivation, or account action taken by Amazon, or for losses arising from inaccurate or misleading information you provide to us. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific case.
Confidentiality
Documents and information you share with us for a case are used only to complete that case and are not shared with third parties beyond what's necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Communication
We communicate by email only. Response times are generally within 24 hours; document preparation is generally completed within 2–3 business days depending on complexity, as confirmed at the time of your quote.
Right to decline
We reserve the right to decline any case — before or after initial contact — including cases we believe involve fraudulent documentation, misrepresentation, or activity that violates Amazon's policies in a way we are not comfortable assisting with.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you engage our services applies to that engagement.
